Class Description
Enjoy cooking? Wish you were better at it? Mid-State Technical Learning Kitchen courses are for you! Learn proper knife skills, how to prepare to cook, correct cooking techniques and explore a variety of unique cuisines. Class menus and topics vary each week but will include both chef demonstrations and hands-on practical skills for students, as well as written copies of recipes for you to recreate the meals at home! Prerequisite: A sense of adventures and an appetite!
 
Important Class Notes
In this course students will prepare American classic dishes that will include favorites like Momís meatloaf, southern fried chicken with country style gravy, mashed potatoes, cornbread, and peach cobbler.
