| Class Description An introduction to fundamental welding techniques with an emphasis on safe work habits that covers the processes of FCAW, GMAW, and OXY-Fuel cutting. Classroom instruction pared with lab activities are designed to provide fundamental skills in each of the welding processes covered in the class. |
| Important Class Notes This class uses various types of instruction. Blackboard is used for the online portion of instruction. Follow the instructions on the website or Blackboard home page to enroll in the Online Orientation and familiarize yourself with how Blackboard works. Please note that courses will not show up in Blackboard until the first day of class. Students will attend class fully in-person on the scheduled day and time.
