Class Description Provides the learner with the knowledge required to become a Help Desk Support technician. Students will learn fundamental Help Desk concepts such as: Help Desk operations, roles and responsibilities, processes and procedures, tools and technologies, individual and team performance measures, and how to provide support as a Help Desk professional. |
Important Class Notes This class is a hybrid of scheduled class time along with traditional online instruction. Students will attend the class on the scheduled day and time. Students have the option to attend class in-person or using a web conferencing tool. (If the class has a lab, students should plan on attending the lab in-person.) Students should check their Mid-State email prior to the first class for any additional announcements or instructions. |
